Superannuation Warehouse is offering free setup of SMSF’s (Self Managed Superannuation Funds). Clients can apply to have a SMSF setup below. Once we receive your application, Superannuation Warehouse will contact you regarding processing your application.

A Fund name for your new SMSF should be something like “Smith Family Super Fund”. This name does not need to be unique. The ABN (Australian Business Number) and TFN (Tax File Number), which will be issued for your SMSF, are the unique identifiers for your SMSF.

Add a SMSF name and Trustee details and we will set up your new SMSF.

It is optional to note death benefit nominations. If you make a nomination for death benefits, this nomination will be added into the Trust Deed. An example of a death benefit nomination is ”On the death of Trustee 1 the total benefit should go to my wife Suzie Smith”.

As Trustees of the SMSF, as set out above, we request and authorise Superannuation Warehouse to be the administrator of the Fund, act as tax agent and appoint an auditor.

The default Death Benefit Nomination is set up to transferring the death benefit from Trustee 1 to Trustee 2 and visa versa where there is 2 Trustees. For any other death benefits, please note this in the “Notes” section below.
