Administration Fees payable to Superannuation Warehouse is paid on a monthly basis. The fixed monthly fee is $39 or $79 per month, depending on the options you choose.

Set-up for a new SMSF is Free. The fixed monthly fee is payable monthly in arrears. This is a more fair and equitable system than charging annual lump sums. A SMSF established towards the end of the financial year would therefore benefit from this arrangement as the SMSF would not have to pay for a full year's administration fees. Also, having fixed fee in your SMSF limits your risk for unexpected accounting and audit fees.

Superannuation Warehouse will set up a monthly debit order from your SMSF bank account. For example, if your SMSF was established on the 5th of the month, the monthly fee would be payable on the 5th each month.

Tax Deduction

This monthly fixed fee is a tax deduction in your SMSF. You can pay it directly from your SMSF, so this is not an expense to be paid from a personal capacity - your SMSF pays the fee.

It is also possible to pay for the SMSF fees from a personal bank account or credit card. In this case the fees you pay would be regarded as a contribution into your SMSF.

No lock-in contracts 

Superannuation Warehouse is the first SMSF administrator to charge by the month and have Fixed Fees. The Fees are not annual payments spread over 12 months – it is a true monthly payment. If you would decide to close down your SMSF for any reason, pay for the month and that is the total payable. The in no lock-in contracts and no exit fees. You are free to end your service from Superannuation Warehouse at any time. We will work hard to keep you satisfied as Trustee of your SMSF.
