How can Superannuation Warehouse perform the SMSF administration at such a low cost?

We request you as the Trustee to supply us with Excel (or similar) files so we can complete your annual accounts, taxation, annual returns and audit. This allows us to operate totally paperless and electronic. We offer you the best SMSF service at the most reasonable price.

What is included?

Superannuation Warehouse will set up your SMSF and apply for an ABN and TFN. On an annual basis Superannuation Warehouse prepares financial statements, a tax return for your SMSF and arrange for the audit of your SMSF. All these functions are covered from your fixed monthly fee.

Note that the SMSF audit is performed by an external party. Superannuation Warehouse pays this cost. The audit fee is included in the monthly cost - no extra audit fee is charged. We cover this cost from the monthly fees we receive.

Q: What is the difference between the $39 and $79 plan?
A: If your SMSF has bank accounts and \ or a Bell Direct trading account, the fixed monthly fee is $39. It you have other investments in your SMSF, e.g. managed funds, investment property or FX, you go on the $79 plan.

Q: Why is the fee different on the 2 plans?
A: On the $39 plan we upload bank and trading files into our accounting system and this is a standardised process. When you have other investments, we need to perform more accounting and audit tasks and therefore charge a higher fee.
